I bougth this luggage scale on Dec 2008, and It really helped me.
At the beginnig I tried to measure the luggage in the incorrect way, I tried by pulling up the scale too fast, and all I got was a beep and always the same number, I thought the scale was bad.

Then I realized that all that I had to do is to pull it up slowly but continuos, this way everything just worked fine!!

It really helped me a lot when traveling, I am bad weigth guesser, since I have it I definitile had improved!! :D

You can select Lbs or Kilos (in my case I use more the Kilos, you change this by clicking twice the button just after turning it on ---for turn it it on just press the button ;)--)

I'm giving 4 instead of 5 just because I had to figured out to change to kilos and the hard time I got when use it for the first times.

After that, this product works, I recommended.
